Trainee National Midwifery Educator

Arunya is a dedicated nurse with a Master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University. She is also a certified Infection Control Nurse with expertise in Nursing Excellence standards from CAHO.

Arunya has a diverse clinical background, having worked in both general departments and operating theaters. With over 3.5 years of experience as a staff nurse, infection control nurse, and nursing educator, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to her role.

Her research dissertation focused on the effectiveness of post-Caesarean care bundles on knowledge, skill, and maternal outcomes, demonstrating her commitment to improving patient care. Arunya has actively participated in numerous conferences and workshops, receiving accolades for her research and academic contributions.

Arunya’s passion lies in providing compassionate, trustworthy, and respectful care to mothers and babies. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys playing badminton and has achieved state-level recognition in both badminton and javelin throw.
