Aastha Tiwari is a young professional with a background in politics and sociology. Prior to joining Aastrika Foundation, she worked with Indian Political Action Committee(IPAC) wherein she was part of the Campaign-Fields team, liaising with the government and relevant stakeholders to drive the campaigns and election. She has 2 years of experience in writing, especially on issues related to women and marginalised sections from a feminist, intersectional, and epistemological standpoint. She has acquired skills like stakeholder management, campaign strategy and execution, primary/secondary research and effective communication. Aastha holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University. When she isn’t raging about all the injustice in the world, you will find her staring at the clouds, painting and dancing while she listens to her melancholic melodies.
